My treatment format could be described as a Comprehensive Neuromuscular Optimization Therapy or a Multimodal Manual Therapy Approach. This approach integrates multiple evidence-based techniques to enhance movement, relieve pain, and optimize performance by addressing muscle activation, soft tissue health, and joint mobility.
Sessions can last from 1/2 hour to 2 hours. A major component of this is based on the ability of the client to tolerate the stresses of treatment. Sessions can also be cut short if that is in the best interest of the client.
With my expertise as an ATC (Certified Athletic Trainer), MAT rX specialist, and joint mobilization/soft tissue expert, I am well-equipped to address a range of orthopedic and neuromuscular dysfunctions, particularly in injury rehabilitation, movement dysfunction correction, and post-surgical recovery.
This is completely depending upon the clients needs and schedule availability for treatment.
Absolutely. I actually encourage people to continue to work with their health care team to achieve the best results. We’re all on the same team and the goal of that team is to restore you to your best potential.
I typically suggest waiting until the would is closed and healed to the point where light stretching of the skin will not cause pain or discomfort. Typically 1-2 weeks after a surgery. In the case of an injury, if there is not an open would we can begin immediately. If there is a wound present I treat it similarly to a surgical incision site and wait until the skin has healed.
My treatment session rate is $225/hr. This would be paid at time of service. I do not work with insurance however I am happy to provide and invoice and some information to help potentially get reimbursement via the clients insurance.
